Committed. Passionate. Driven. These words exemplify Minnette Boesel's dedication to historic preservation and urban development. Her deeply rooted enthusiasm for the revitalization efforts of inner city Houston inspired her to found Minnette Boesel Properties, Inc.

How did Minnette transition from historic preservation to selling real estate? It was a natural progression. Upon obtaining her Master's degree from Columbia University from the School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, she moved to Houston in 1982. Here, Minnette teamed up with preservation advocates to help revitalize downtown while working for the Downtown Houston Association as its Executive Director. She helped initiate an organization dedicated to reactivating the Downtown Historic District around Market Square. Realizing that bricks could not sell themselves she, in partnership with others, redeveloped the 1889 W. L. Foley Dry Goods Building and parlayed her real estate license into a brokerage business.

Today, Minnette and her team enjoy helping buyers and sellers in the emerging residential loft market as well as more 'mature' neighborhoods inside the 610 Loop. But, Minnette's true love will always be historic properties. In fact she spends much of her time garnering support for Houston's revitalization efforts or renovating properties in historic neighborhoods.

A commercial and residential property owner, Peter brings a wide breadth of business and personal experience to his clients.

With some 14 years as a commercial bank loan officer; three years of co-owning and operating a contracting business with, at times, in excess of 300 employees; and 13 years as a residential mortgage broker operating his own business, Peter approaches everything with a can-do attitude!

After years of successfully working as a mortgage broker and arranging financing for more clients than he could count, he began to offer his time and talents to assist his wife, Minnette, with her growing real estate business. At the time, she was doing on-site sales for a large condominium project in downtown Houston. What began as much-needed support quickly evolved into a real estate license and a real desire to sell. Thus began the transition from the mortgage to the sales side of the business!

The transition was a natural! With his strong background in finance, Peter now recommends competent and trustworthy lenders, and will guide clients knowledgably and confidently through the buying or selling process!
